Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very much so under valued, better wages for the job we're required to do, we often have to go beyond specified task because of issues beyond our control.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They are mostly temps and we have issues with theft and sharing materials, most in house workers have quit because of the expectations and pressure along with conflict that occurs each day, managers do nothing to control daily mishaps that are unnecessary and preventable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is a divide in ethnicity, one culture exhibits friendly positive and professional behavior, then there is sneaky aggressive behavior that is often looked over looked, most of the staff is hispanic and Spanish is mostly spoken which is unacceptable, translatiion is not accurate, we feel left ou
