Value your workers that have been here for longer then the new ones
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not discriminating against they're workers. We have a large Filipino presence at work who get preferential treatment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People who just started have 5 shifts a week, those of us who have been here much longer have been cut down to 4 shifts a week with zero explanation
