Been working here since august 2023.i had a wedding ;miscarriage that resulted in me attending roughly 3 months of work here at marriott. it was all wonderful the first few days. then our agm left,now everything's a mess.barely any supervision, no snacks, rude customers getting away swearing at us
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the manager never really explained it, so i'm unsure of what i have in that package.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
the manager needs an AGM. there should be some respect in terms of guests stepping out of line and the manager letting them.
What makes you most happy at work?
when i see people happy after i provide them with the help they need. i have always been a people person and so, i love taking care of people regardless of what it is. if i'm capable, i will help with a big smile on my face.
