they blatantly lied to us when we thought we all were talking in confidence to leadership, but they shared our notes with our direct boss and we were then treated different
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
match our rate of pay in a manner that is consistent to the growth or lack there of in the economy. board members make enough with their stock options, the hotel wants a 5 star review on a 1 star interaction with employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
not micro manage all the time, sure hands on training is essential, I get that, but dont add things to my job description and not compensate us for it. you cant amend a job description once we agree to the terms, changing it is a brief of contract
