It's a job, yknow, it pays the bills. I don't dream of staying here forever but the work environment is very welcoming and all of the management here is some of the best I've worked with. Staffing is quite reliable as well, I get out of work on time most days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very transparent and communicative about issues and always willing to direct me to higher management etc when they can't resolve issues themselves.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I didn't realize I could keep my dental and vision insurance once I went part time and I'm extremely grateful for that as I have been needing to get dental work done for multiple years now.
