They are all overworked and under paid.

Better insight from the owner and better renovations concerning backhaul work area.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The rooms benefit is virtually nonexistent. It always sounds very tempting but then turns out to be a disappointment. The scope needs to be widened.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They all lack a sense of urgency and sophistication. They also lack the insight to understand the big picture of Hotel operations. Lack of regard for other people’s feelings and unwilling to offer help to pressured coworkers
