really disappointed in the team who took away the quarter century club
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
lately a lot of disgruntled workers because we had quite a few employees in the quarter century club and now that privilege is being taken away from us
What is the best part about your compensation package?
really sad about the quarter century club. don't know how it's fair to earn something and then take it away. many people put in long hours and years for that perk and then you take it away. we don't do that with guests. why do it to employees?
