Truly caring about employees, listening to their cares and concerns and not managing up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid same as competition. Starwood employees were paid more for same job with less hours.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to the employees and take away obstacles (administrative tasks given by upper level management) that get in the way of us doing our job
