I work from home so my environment is good
What makes you most happy at work?
When a guest tells you that you made their experience in booking a room easy and painless
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I don't really know anyone on my team nut we are always one of the top teams at the center. Our manager just received an award for our productivity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work from home so I don't deal with anybody except my manager. She is always accessible by phone or e-mail. If she is gone she lets us know in advance and tells us who the MOD will be if we have any issues.
