Interviewers were personable. They made career growth and opportunities seem endless! It made me excited to come work for the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
THEIR ATTITUDES! I understand many have been there for a long time but they are still not entitled. They have seniority to things but that does not mean professionalism is out the door and they can yell at the manager. Consistency is another issue. Accountability for one's actions as well.
