No elementary school like rules.. no CAP's. Isn't Marriott customer engagement center part of Marriott? If it isn't then Marriott must make it part of the corporate team. It seems that Marriott treat CEC as different company!! I truly hope not!
I know I can be the best what I do here at Marriott and I can represent myself 110% for Marriott company if I can be recognized with all the work I do here. I just can't understand about all these idiotic CAPS and school rules!! It's a joke.
leadership needs to pay more attention to what is going on at the call center. Also HQ need to pay more attention and promoton opportunity to those engagement center elites with top stats! There are call center agents who are capable of leading the company much better than HQ managers and exe's
We have homeless, single mom/dad, convicts and you name it.. I want a clean and normal people to work with good pay. Will you please get rid of these non-educated people mingled up working at the call center? Please get rid of these people and raise the salray and the qualifications!!!!
