it's very hard very tiring everyday all day u feel completely unwanted they even let us know how replaceable we are. Always short staffed always out of supplies my executive housekeeper actually buys supplies from her own money to keep us going efficiently

My team. My co workers most importantly my executive housekeeper.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great hard workers always show up to work and all the girls help one another
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were kind the hotel look very nice very clean everyone had smiles on there face very welcoming AT FIRST ONLY
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My executive house keeper is always there for emotional physical support. You may have a board of 26 rooms which will put you at a 14hr day and she will be there right beside her housekeepers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The office people, general manager she has no clue what a house keeper entails. She never listens to one complaint we have or if we're extremely low on supplies and if were already busting our humps with 12 hours straight cleaning she has no problem putting more work on us if a problem were to arise
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work our tails off 5 days a week most days 8am till 8pm day in and day out making 9.00 an. Hour. My benefits wouldn't even cover if i went to the e.r. it wouldnt even cover enough for me to get one single tooth pulled. To top it off its 94 out lf every paycjeck! And for what to still pay for the
