This is a solitary job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well. I'm not a housekeeper anymore. I'm in another role which is less strenuous and i believe I'm paid fairly for this job. But when i was a housekeeper i disagreed completely.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair to housekeepers with the workload they assign each day. It is completely exploitative. It is not right. All in the name of greed people are getting injuries and tired to the point of TOTAL exhaustion every single day. I'm disgusted.
