What makes you most happy at work?
Just being able to work because of my disability and being able to keep this job for more than a year This is part of my issues with my disability

Teamwork is above and beyond Very friendly and understanding They are their for hardships We share what we have with others Considerate of guests One of the best teams I have worked with since I started working
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they listened to me I made sure they knew my disability and how it affects me and those around me before I accepted the job Very few questions about the job they just listen to me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Laid back atmosphere To be accepted in a group of women as a guy with the respect of being a co worker To be open with my disability and have them understand me when I am having issues
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very instructive on how to do our job to the fullest Open communication and open door policy to work our work and life issues The empowerment they give you to make a decision The freedom to go above and beyond our potential for everyone around us
