I get to meet new people from different places
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything is nobody's job.no communication. No one on time to relieve you from your shift
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to stop hiring friends and family and catering to them. Management needs to learn to listen to employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid less and I work third shift than somebody the new people that has never worked in a hotel, I bring 14 years experience
