I really like working with Marriott. I have in the past when I was younger and I knew the company culture would be a good one. Overall I am happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely understanding and helpful. I've never experienced such wonderful supervisors in the past. I love it there because of them
What are some of the best things about your team?
They celebrate their employees. The small thanks yous, the employee events and birthdays..its so sweet and it makes you feel valued not forgotten.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not feeling alone like I normally would. There's always someone around and in a good mood to brighten up your shift and it makes you want to be that way also.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That process was fairly easy for me. They were willing to work with my hours that I needed. Everything was explained in a great manner and I was hired on the spot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees and supervisors come to help you. So even if some days are long it goes by faster because of that teamwork and help. Even if there isn't a busy day we all pitch in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If I am injured on the job they cover it all. That can really help because anything could happen. Especially when working on your own. So they take care of us really well in that aspect as well.
