I like that my job is willing to work with me on my schedule.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that helping the guests is the main priority and my favorite part.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is routine work and I get to work alone most of the time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like my coworkers get away with alot of negative behavior. For example: if they behave poorly or don't show up for work, there is no consequences. The management just ignores the mistakes so they can keep the employees.
