working environment is supportive, co-workers are with a view to assist, with few reservations

serious about completion of a specific task, but by sacrificing some other tasks to complete within the same time frame
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
before joining we knew about retirement benefits like provident fund, pension scheme, but in practical nothing is there. Profit bonus is not shared at all, service charge is distributed in different slots
