They all know what's up so talking to them is the part of my day I look forward to the most.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do seem to care on a scale of 6/10 but it's only because the system of higher ups makes it difficult for any freedom.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't get any benefits working 35 hours per week. I want 401k match for 30 or more hours. I want a schedule that isn't constantly changing and I don't want to be held overtime constantly.
