Completely under appreciated. Everyone is over worked and have never received a full 40hr work week. No regular associates ever get the opportunity for over time, only team leads and above.

New and better management all around.

Better reasonable pay, clean and safe working conditions, and being more appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day at the end of the day when it is time to clock out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. They make you work every department and switch you for a full week on every possible shift.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Always tell new people about the experience pay. I was not told about the experience pay until a month in.
