I don't usually feel appreciated, and I would try my hardest everyday. Now, I struggle to find happiness in work, and my ethic has gone down. Some management is better than others.

Driving the Forklift and putting skids up.

Less bossy - as if they're my TL.

Some of them are nice and understanding of certain things

One of my coworkers is really nice and understanding and he just makes working a pleasure.
