My job is good and I enjoy, but when issues arise our leader seems to want to brush themunder the rug. He doesn't follow protocal and no one is held accountable for their actions.

The people I work with and knowing I'm putting out the best product I can.

Asked sensible questions and not ones that didn't have anything to do with the job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our director is almost like Fred Meijer used to be. He knows just about everyone's name andis very friendly. He is forced to deal with things that my team leader is to take careofbut doesn't.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I sometimes work full time hours and my leader would not put me in for full time, so I told him I would not work full tome. A girl came to work for us and he made her full time in less that a year.
