Most customers are great and that's the only reason I stay. I love giving them a good experience! Management is absolutely abysmal. They talk down to employees and give preferential treatment to favorites. The pay is horrible and is not enough to meet basic cost of living needs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work. Actually work. Hiding in the office isn't helpful when our customers are on the sales floor.
