We know what our goals are and what we need to do to accomplish those goals for the day or week

I was asked to tell about my background and experience, I also requested a specific department and was given my request

My team Lead and the team I work with. I enjoy seeing what I have accomplished at the end of the day/week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Team Lead works with my schedule when I need a day off and she takes time to train and teach me new things I need to know like setting plano and marketing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together, if one needs help other team members are there to step in and help. We are like family, we care about each other both personally and professionally. That is how we keep our department conditioned and in order for our guest to shop
