Awful. Stressful. Management doesnt care. If you do your job well, you're expected to pick up the slack of every other shift/team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we're treated as expendable. If we still got raises after they (without asking) just maxed everyone out, including new hires.
