Having a sense of belonging when you walk in the door really helps, the atmosphere is something you come by everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Believe meijer employment is underpaid, but not undervalued. You are valued as a team but for the cost of living is so high almost impossible to truly enjoy the meijer experience
