Over worked underpaid with a rewards program that is terrible. Management is childish and lazy.

If pay is going to be as little as it is expecataions from mangment needs to go way down

All my coworkers do is sit around and cuss and complain all day and never actually do their job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isnt really much positive. I guess every once in a while they give us free food for reaching what ever stupid fake goal they made.
