most people really good. less complainning

working with pleasant people and a easy going atmosphere

giving people who want more hours that option on a consistant basis
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
scheduling seems quite poor. customers complain not enough cashers especially during peak hours. frustrated people who continuley get blown off
