
I would say that supervisors should not have favorites
I really like how personal and one on one it was
They need to focus on the happiness of those working and stop making us feel like robots.
Put the workers first then the benefits will be reaped from this. Customers will want to come to a more home-like place. We can't do that if we ourselves do not feel like a family.
Also one thing that I would like to mention is that many times I was harassed by male customers. I think that this issue should be addressed and we should be taught how to deal with these situations. I do not think this should be tolerated.
