Support your employees more, take better care of their needs and if you're going to work your part time employees overtime, then have the decency to give them full time benefits
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is a major problem. Also, they treat the employees like robots, not allowing them from having water up front while they work or even go to the bathroom. It's a fight for basic human needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They refuse to hire full time employees so they don't have to give them benefits, but then they constantly keep the part time employees overtime to make up for the lack of staffing after hours. It's undeniable that they are taking advantage of us.
