Overall, Meijer is a great company to work for. However, I do believe there are Team Leaders, Lines Leaders, and Store Directors that really need to learn to appreciate the work their team members do for them on a regular basis.

Friendliness is a core value and the employees are friendly to each other on a regular basis.

My direct leader is very helpful, but any leader above that is usually rude or acts like helping their employees is too much of a hassle.
