What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executives need pay cuts to give employees livable wage not like they do anything for the company except run it into the ground unfortunately
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make 4 dollars an hour under livable wage in my city hours are bad and I dont get rewarded for work done or punished for not doing anything
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager interviewing me was great too bad they fired him for being on pain medicine he worked here 20 years but his tooth needed removed so they fired him.
