Once again everyone is engaged from SD down, it's a challenging environment that puts focus on customers and team members.
What makes you most happy at work?
A job well done, when I constantly hear things like "your store is so clean" or "you have the best produce in Lexington" or many other customer compliments I know I'm at the right place.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How involved they are, you never go to Kroger and Walmart and see the guys in dress shirts stocking produce or slicing meat, from TL's to LL and even SD are all involved in the stocking process at my store.
