I started out really loving my job, got promoted and loved it even more, then corporate came in and switched people around and now I dread going to work, it's become a strain on my mental health and my family relationships outside of work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The relationship between sc's and cashiers are very strained at best
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The SC's need to be more productive rather than sitting in an office eating or following the manager around all day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we're treated like people, they understand when we need time off for important events in our lives and they will work with us regarding our schedules.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The manager is friends with the SC's so there isn't a lot of fairness in the way other coworkers are treated and it's causing a lot of our employees to quit or transfer
