We need more coworkers. Its awful

We keep each other going while working twice as hard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They gave me hope and spoke so highly of the company. Then things started to change.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There have been to many work force cutbacks. We now are short handed all over our stores.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not rewarded as we used to be. The company does not recognize our hard work, only the profits
