Would like to see more employees per shift to assist with customers' needs and questions. Never enough cashiers and pulling all depts. for cashiers leaves no one to help customers.

Our team actually for the most part, is a real team working together.

Having time to do my jobs that are expected of me. Being able to have time to take care of my customers the way we all should.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits as far as health insurance, better packages to choose from. Part-time employees offered better insurance packages to choose from. Maybe we wouldn't have such revolving door with one coming in and one going out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My store director is always out and about checking the store. Friendly and always takes to say hi. My direct team leader is always on top of everything and most of all treats us all with respect. There are some leaders that need help in the area of treating their team with respect and listening.
