Benefits as far as health insurance, better packages to choose from. Part-time employees offered better insurance packages to choose from. Maybe we wouldn't have such revolving door with one coming in and one going out.
My store director is always out and about checking the store. Friendly and always takes to say hi. My direct team leader is always on top of everything and most of all treats us all with respect. There are some leaders that need help in the area of treating their team with respect and listening.
