What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not really that strict. They don't micromanage you. I just have a decent approval of their management style. No particular reason why. I just get along with their personalities.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
LINES!!!! HOLIDAY STRESS! I chose a non Cashiering job and yet everyday I work cashiering. I work the holidays when lines are long and I have social anxiety/ wasn't eating because I was stressed. Thanksgiving or Christmas cashiering is the worst. I had a panic attack during that period of time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME! I'm tired of having my name called 20million times regardless if I'm here or not and so are other people listening. Everyone knows who I am because they take advantage of me. Make cashier's help GM clerks for once and not the other way around. It might Reduce turnover.
