Our Lines Leader is a great guy. He listens and is always very respectful (as are most team leaders)
What are some of the best things about your team?
A good team leader, but there is room for improvement.. Co-workers are young and do not have a great work ethic (right now)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is mostly positive due to the fact we try to work together to get task done, but always doesn't work, when one gets called to run lanes and do other task.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We ALL could use a raise right now. We are short handed and so many things can''t get done due to this issue. Many of us are working doubly hard. and have been through this pandemic.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a set schedule and I would like to see a TASK list put out every day, which we do not have right now. But I was trained a long time ago and I know what the expectations are and my T.L always lets me know she appreciates what I do.
