I love the people I work with on a daily basis at my store as for a whole the Meijer company does not care about their employees and we are each replaceable. The pay is not worth the work load at all.

We hire everybody and anybody their is no process
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked many jobs in my life and Meijer does not compensate fairly for the work load. Does not offer incentives and benefit packages are awful. It is one of the worst compensated jobs I have ever had.
