Friends at work. They make the team happier. And therefore more productive.

Most of the staff sticks together. Even through management sometimes making it hard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too much drama. Someone is always either making something up to fire someone. Or someone is always making a big deal over something that is really not a problem. They talk behind your back. And always just create more and more drama.
