Alright, the Meijer I was at was super understaffed, unwilling to pay people "too much", and will overwork part-time employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing and interacting with coworkers and the occasional stellar customer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you get in the right department you may actually enjoy some parts of the job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The casualness was a breath of fresh air, but when it comes to preparing me for further interviews it may have not been the best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're all undervalued because minimum wage should be over $20/hr, and I'd feel better about compensation if I didn't have to work over a week straight to obtain it
