Employees are not machines. You have done nothing to buikd loyalty from employees. Horrible cukture
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ordering system is terrible, expectations out of wack, having no real online shop in 2021 is inexcusable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are just a waste of time that we dont have. Apprenlty market directors are too only manage through anger and being condescending
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are only once a year and are very low. Acting like pandemic has not happened or not going on has gotten old. Everyone is leadership is looking for a new job
