Caring about the frontline workers whether operations, distributiin or corporate. Walking the talk! Culture quickly deteriorating with leadership team primarily from Kmart, Target and other companies

Eliminate the svripted HR questions "tell me about a time when..." Teach the interviewers how to expose character snd personal wualities of potential regardless of age or experience
