What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are comprised of down to earth, good people. They have incredible stories and have built a company based on a solid foundation of values. They truly care about their employees, are understanding of their needs, and aren't afraid to get their hands in the dirt.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They're task-oriented, not time-oriented. They are visionaries with motivation to make small incremental improvements to help get them to reach their goals.

Everyone was interested in what I had to say. They asked many questions about me to ensure they were getting the right person. They were not just trying to hire a warm body.
