What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good salary and Medical insurance is very good.

compared market rate health insurance and salary and also compared it with colleagues in the industry. it appears mine is on the lower end.

I don't think anything is going wrong, but a job is a job and all things being equally I'd rather not work than work, but if I have to work I would be hard pressed to think of a better company to work for than Namely.
