the people, the culture, the values, the work quality and the learning.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated, considerate, smart, willing to accept mistakes and ready to learn to keep moving forward
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The energy is infectious. They are not claiming to know everything and are constantly ready to learn and improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a fair compensation package, especially the health benefits. I love that nCino has a great health insurance package.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I am there to help me and my team progress and also the learnings that I have on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to be available for us to talk about anything and everything, the ability to respond to the market and help change direction towards the right initiatives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
At the moment I am enjoying the health care benefits that have been provided. In my previous job the healthcare costs were so high. So I truly appreciate this being a part of my compensation package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The one that stands out for me is how everyone is so accepting and direct. It is very rare to see that people care so much about each other and also direct and transparent to share their feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The hiring process is absolutely fantastic and meticulous. We have a fabulous hiring team who are able to identify great talent pool. The interview process and culture fit process absolutely helps us to identify the right fit for our teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am a part of a very dynamic and energetic team who are dedicated in what they are trying to accomplish. We are also a part of the organization that is going to truly revolutionize how we look at the future of this organization. I am proud of that and I belong here!!
