increase in salary, an adjustment in responsibility and bandwidth of my previous position, and continued wfh/office flexibility

our team/dept is a good representation of what diversity looks like, it would be great to see that company-wide.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the concern and investment the company makes in its employees, I haven't seen that effort from previous employers.
