The people I work with are great. They are some of the most talented individuals I've ever worked with. Recent actions by leadership definitely make me question everything else about the company, though. Numerous studies show that layoffs don't work. Were they not aware of this or did they not care?

The people are great. It feels like a family.

The healthcare is better than I'm used to from other employers.

My team is made up of a diverse group of talented individuals. They are great to work with and make my job much better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership talks about caring about people but then they do sudden layoffs. Their actions do not match what they say. Companies who truly care about their employees would not have handled the situation that way.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I loved ncino and was proud to be a part of this company. But all of that changed when the layoffs happened. That pride is gone. If you had asked me to rate my happiness with the company the day before the layoffs, I'd have said 9/10. If you asked me today, it's probably a 3/10.
