nCino does a good job of selecting for cultural fit, that's critical to building good teams. Everyone I work with is competent, open to feedback, and eager to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and respond to feedback. I do get some time with them occasionally and always feel heard. I've been at a good number of other companies where access to senior leaders was just impossible, at nCino it is entirely possible.
