I've been with the company almost a decade. It has overall been an amazing experience working on some cool technology, revolutionizing the ancient banking industry with some amazing people. If the economy were a casino, then banks would be the 'house'..and you don't bet against the house.

some of the smartest,nicest folks you will ever work with...everyone truly wants to help
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the generous time off. We have over a week of floating holiday time with 3-4 weeks of PTO and volunteer days.
What makes you most happy at work?
getting to work on something new...that jogs my curiosity and help me grow my skills. There are plenty of opportunities to do that at nCino.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people make the work worth it...and the people are the culture. Management cant' and doesn't really try to make the culture...it really is the employees..and we make it special and forward thinking and active in a fun way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to suggestion. You can definately go to them with suggestions and/or needs very easily. They try to whats best within their limits. But most leaders/managers are hired from within and the experience level just isn't quite there for most of them. mediocre at best.
